Die 32. U-Flottille wurde im August 1944 als Ausbildungsflottille in Königsberg aufgestellt. Sie diente hauptsächlich der Ausbildung von Typ XXIII-Booten. Im Januar 1945 nach Hamburg verlegt, wurde die Flottille bei Kriegsende am 08.05.1945 aufgelöst.
